On October 28, NordCham, the Nordic Chamber of Commerce, held the second annual business award ceremony at the Sofitel Saigon Plaza Hotel, gathering nearly 200 top leaders, partners, and diplomats from various industries. On this occasion, AesirX also had the opportunity to participate and nominate its initiative.

The Nordic Business Awards 2022 is an opportunity to acknowledge and honor businesses that have made positive initiatives, support, and contributions. Moreover, this event celebrates the role of Nordic enterprises in Vietnam and Nordic values, including Diversity & Inclusion, Equality, and Sustainability.
With hundreds of guests in attendance, six significant awards were presented to six prosperous 2022 Nordic enterprises.
Beyond honoring contestants and winners, the occasion was held to recognize how far Nordic businesses have advanced in Nordic-Vietnamese relationships. Every company in attendance worked toward the same objective by upholding its core values and conducting business ethically.

A new cooperation, a new success
The Nordic awards ceremony was also a crucial platform where the LEGO Group highlighted its plans to construct a new facility in Vietnam to support long-term growth. A Memorandum of Understanding to build a new factory in Vietnam was signed in 2021. The building will incorporate investments in solar energy generation and be the LEGO Group's first carbon-neutral factory.
From October 31 to November 3, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary Elizabeth will pay Vietnam a visit to celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony. Danish enterprises were given a fantastic chance to network with Vietnamese businesses and professionals, strengthening connections between the two nations.
Vietnam and Denmark established diplomatic ties 50 years ago. Last year, the LEGO Group was a living testament to this long-lasting partnership by announcing such a sizable investment in such a jubilee year.
