Persona-Based Onboarding Paths
Ten role-specific paths tailor the experience to each user's role. Each path recommends which modules to focus on, which framework configurations to review, and which tasks to complete first, covering all platform roles from Enterprise DPO to Internal Audit Lead.
Tier-Aware Module Configuration
Module recommendations and setup steps adapt to the organization's deployment tier. Light tier onboarding covers the 6 core compliance modules included in that tier. Standard tier expands to additional modules. Enterprise and Enterprise Unlimited tiers add the full module set and multi-org setup guidance.
Framework Selection
During onboarding, organizations choose from 6 regulatory framework options: VN PDPL, Cybersecurity Law, E-Commerce Law, AI Law, Telecom Law, and GDPR. Selected frameworks activate the relevant templates, forms, and workflows so the platform is configured for actual regulatory obligations from day one.

Progress Dashboard
Track onboarding completion across the setup wizard, interactive tours, and quick-start scenarios. Administrators can see which team members have completed their onboarding path, which are in progress, and which have not yet started.
