How to Use the AesirX Customer Portal
The AesirX Customer Portal is your all-in-one platform to manage privacy scanning, access your subscriptions, and participate in rewards programs. Whether you’ve just signed up or need a refresher, this guide will walk you through how to log in and use each feature effectively – so you stay compliant and manage privacy with confidence.
Step 1: How to Log In
- Go to https://aesirx.io/dashboard.
- Click Log In on the lefthand menu.
- Select your login method: Email and Password, Social Media, or Web3 Wallets. and follow the prompts until you are logged in.
- You’ll land on the Dashboard page where you can see a snapshot of your account.
Step 2: Dashboard Overview: What You’ll See After Logging In
⮕ $AESIRX Balance: Displays the balance of your $AESIRX token (if applicable).
⮕ Active Licenses: Shows your current AesirX product licenses.
⮕ Domains: Shows how many domains you’ve added for scanning.
⮕ Scans This Month: Displays the total number of scans run in the current month.
⮕ Active Licenses: A section listing your top four active licenses.
⮕ Latest Scans: Lists your three most recent scans, including risk level.
⮕ My Commissions: Tracks your earnings if you're part of the Affiliate2Earn program.
⮕ Subscribe to Our Newsletter: A chance to sign up to receive privacy insights, product updates, and feature releases.
Step 3: Understand the Menu (Feature Breakdown)
Each section of the menu helps you manage a key part of your AesirX services:
1 Privacy Scanner
Real-Time Scanner
Real-Time Scanner lets you run unlimited scans on demand, with no schedules or usage limits. Each scan begins immediately and provides an up-to-date assessment of the selected domain’s privacy risk.
This tool is especially useful for:
- Validating fixes after website changes
- Responding quickly to compliance concerns
- Monitoring multiple and high-priority domains more frequently
- Running scans between scheduled reports
Real-Time Scanner is best suited for agencies, digital teams, and enterprise users managing multiple domains or client sites.
Once enabled, you'll be able to:
- Start scans anytime, as often as needed
- View full scan results immediately
- Download PDF reports
- Verify each scan onchain via the Concordium blockchain
- Share findings via email
Note: This feature is only available with an Agency or Enterprise Privacy Monitoring plan (Daily or Custom scans). If you’re on a lower-tier plan, you’ll see a prompt to upgrade when attempting to access Real-Time Scanner.
Privacy Monitor
The Privacy Monitor is where you add and manage the websites or IP addresses you want to monitor for privacy risks. Each domain you add will be automatically scanned based on the frequency set in your subscription plan – daily, weekly, or monthly. You can remove or replace domains at any time, up to the number included in your plan.
From this page, you can:
- View the risk status and scan results for each domain
- Download PDF reports
- Verify each scan onchain via the Concordium blockchain
- Share findings via email
Customize how you receive scan reports using two toggles:
- Receive Scan Report Emails (toggle ON by default)
Automatically sends your scheduled report by email based on your plan: daily, every Monday, or on the 1st of each month. You can view past reports in the Scan History section. - Only Receive Emails When the Risk Status Changes (toggle OFF by default)
Sends your scheduled report only if the domain’s risk status has changed since the last scan – for example, from Low to High.
Bulk Scanner
The Bulk Scanner tool lets you scan and share results for up to 100 domains at once – fully branded with your company logo, images, and contact details.
It’s designed for partners, agencies, and consultants who want to:
- Reach multiple prospects in one campaign
- Include scans in audits or discovery processes
- Deliver professional, white-labeled reports to build trust
- Demonstrate value before a formal engagement
Each scan recipient receives an email containing your custom message and a link to a PDF report, which is branded with your logo, images, and company details.
Before uploading your CSV file of domains, you'll be asked to:
- Upload your Company Logo – Appears on the PDF report cover.
- Upload Two Company Images – Adds visual branding to the PDF layout.
- Enter Sender’s Name – Used as the email sender for report delivery.
- Fill in your Company Name, Address, Phone, Email, and Website – Shown on the PDF report cover as contact details.
- Write a Message for Recipient – This message is included in the email body with the scan result.
Once completed, you can Preview your email and PDF cover. When you're satisfied, click Save to continue.
Then download the CSV template, enter your information (Domain URLs, Recipient emails and Recipient names), and start scanning.
Scan History
See a list of your past scans and reports to keep an audit trail and track compliance over time.
2 Service Management
Licenses
The Licenses Management page in the AesirX Customer Portal is where you register, purchase, manage, and upgrade your licenses. It also provides your SSO Client ID and Client Secret – essential for activating AesirX solutions. From here, you can access direct plugin downloads for supported platforms like WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal (depending on availability). This page serves as your main control center for handling all licensing and integration setup.
Subscriptions
The Subscriptions section shows your active and previous plans. You’ll see the current billing cycle, next payment date, and the option to switch plans if needed. Below that, the Billing History table lists past invoices with the date, invoice number, plan tier, and amount so you can easily track your payments.
3 Community Programs
Affiliate2Earn
The Affiliate2Earn section shows your affiliate activity, commissions, and referral link. Inside this page, you can:
- Copy Your Affiliate Link: Share it to refer others to Privacy Monitoring, Shield of Privacy, or software licenses. Your link automatically tracks referrals and commissions.
- View Your Revenue Chart: See daily commissions earned over the past 7 days.
- Check Your Earnings: Track your total commissions and payout progress.
- Monitor Payout Threshold: Commissions are paid once your earnings reach $50, after a 60-day holding period.
- Share Your Link: Use built-in buttons to share directly on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or by email.
- You can also upgrade your Affiliate Tier to earn higher commission rates (from 2% up to 25%) depending on your level.
AesirX dApp
Clicking AesirX dApp in the menu opens the AesirX decentralized application (dApp) overview page. From there, more on data privacy and rewards including key features such as Shield of Privacy, Creator Tool as well as the Licenses and Rewards Programs.
