About AesirX.io

AesirX builds privacy-first, first-party consent, analytics, and compliance infrastructure.

Our core stack includes:

  • - a full GRC platform for operational compliance, evidence, workflows, audit trails, and governance.
  • - auditable AI support inside ComplianceOne.
  • - consent-before-tracking enforcement.
  • - first-party analytics for compliant marketing and user-behaviour insights.
  • AesirX Privacy Scanner / Privacy Monitoring / Privacy Review - evidence-led entry services that show companies what is actually happening on their websites and digital properties.

ComplianceOne is not a generic GRC platform. It is designed to help organizations turn legal obligations into operational workflows, technical evidence, audit trails, regulator-ready reporting, and recurring governance. The Vietnam market research positions this as the strongest opportunity: companies are being pushed from policy-based compliance into operational compliance, but most lack the workflows, evidence, vendor records, consent proof, and cross-department accountability needed to prove what they are doing.

AesirX ComplianceOne is now in the market. The next phase is execution.

The Role

We are looking for a Country Manager for Vietnam to own the commercial build-out of AesirX in Vietnam.

This is not a “manage an existing team” role. This is a hunter, closer, and market-builder role.

Your mission is to build the Vietnam business by:

  • Activating law firms, GRC consultancies, SIs, agencies, and technology partners.
  • Opening enterprise doors in priority sectors.
  • Turning privacy scans and evidence into paid entry offers.
  • Converting qualified accounts into ComplianceOne subscriptions.
  • Building a repeatable Vietnam GTM machine that can later be scaled into SEA.

You will work directly with the Founder/CEO and COO and will be expected to operate with high ownership, weekly reporting, and clear commercial KPIs.

Strategic GTM Focus

The initial GTM focus is on building trusted partnerships with law firms and other strategic advisors to deliver practical privacy and compliance outcomes for organisations operating in Vietnam.

The first commercial wave focuses on practical ICPs where data risk is visible and reachable through partners:

  • FDI companies in Vietnam
  • Manufacturers and exporters
  • Furniture exporters
  • Shipping and logistics companies
  • HR-heavy companies
  • International schools
  • E-commerce and digital platforms

The enterprise credibility wave includes:

  • Banks
  • Fintechs
  • Telcos
  • Insurance companies
  • Large Vietnamese enterprise groups

These ICPs are prioritized because they have visible data-risk surfaces: websites, HR data, employee data, vendor systems, student data, cross-border systems, analytics, marketing tools, and compliance evidence gaps.

What You’ll Do

1. Build and own the Vietnam commercial pipeline

You will personally build and manage the Vietnam sales pipeline.

This includes:

  • Mapping priority accounts by segment.
  • Opening doors through direct outreach, warm introductions, law firms, SIs, and partner networks.
  • Running discovery calls and qualification.
  • Coordinating demos with the AesirX team.
  • Preparing and sending proposals.
  • Negotiating and closing deals.
  • Tracking every opportunity in the CRM / pipeline tracker.

You must be comfortable being the first commercial person in the market and doing the actual selling yourself.

2. Build and activate the partner channel

The Vietnam channel strategy is partner-led.

You will identify, approach, and activate:

  • Law firms
  • Privacy / compliance consultancies
  • System integrators
  • Cloud / hosting / infrastructure providers
  • Cybersecurity and IT service providers
  • Digital and web agencies
  • Industry associations and ecosystem partners

The goal is not just to “sign partners.” The goal is to activate partners into real revenue.

3. Use Privacy Scanner and Privacy Review as revenue openers

You will use evidence-led selling to open client conversations.

The GTM model starts with:

  • Free Privacy Scan
  • Technical Training
  • Privacy Review
  • CMP / Monitoring / Alliance
  • ComplianceOne + Forseti

The Privacy Scan creates visible evidence: cookies, trackers, pixels, scripts, consent banner gaps, third-party tools loading before consent, analytics and marketing exposure, and privacy-policy mismatches.

You will use this evidence to:

  • Help partners open client conversations.
  • Sell USD 995 Privacy Reviews.
  • Sell Technical Training and compliance workshops.
  • Identify accounts ready for ComplianceOne demos and proposals.

4. Drive ComplianceOne enterprise sales

ComplianceOne is the enterprise expansion offer.

You will qualify accounts for ComplianceOne where there is broader operational pain around:

  • Data mapping
  • DPIAs
  • Cross-border transfers
  • Vendor governance
  • Rights requests
  • Incident response
  • Audit evidence
  • Multi-organization governance
  • Access accountability
  • Regulatory workflows
  • Forseti AI support

The market research confirms that ComplianceOne should be sold through use cases, not module lists: DPO workflows, law-firm portfolio management, cross-border payroll data, school data, audit evidence, breach notification, vendor governance, and sector-specific operational compliance.

5. Represent AesirX in Vietnam

You will become one of the main commercial faces of AesirX in Vietnam.

This includes:

  • Joining law firm and enterprise meetings.
  • Speaking at partner briefings, roundtables, and events.
  • Publishing / supporting localized thought leadership.
  • Building relationships with decision-makers across legal, compliance, IT, marketing, risk, HR, and management.
  • Feeding market feedback back into product, pricing, packaging, and content.

First 90 Days - Expected Focus

Days 1-30: Market and pipeline foundation

  • Learn AesirX ComplianceOne, Forseti, CMP, Analytics, Privacy Scanner, Privacy Review, Monitoring, and Alliance.
  • Build a Vietnam target account list across law firms, FDI, manufacturing, logistics, HR-heavy companies, schools, e-commerce, banks, fintech, telcos, and enterprise groups.
  • Build / maintain the Vietnam GTM tracker with tabs for law firm partners, client targets, privacy scans, paid offers, ComplianceOne pipeline, and follow-ups.
  • Start partner outreach and direct enterprise outreach.
  • Book the first law firm and enterprise discovery meetings.

The execution plan recommends one GTM command sheet with tabs for law firm partners, legal outreach, client target accounts, privacy scans, Privacy Review / Training offers, ComplianceOne pipeline, and follow-ups.

Days 31-60: Partner activation and evidence generation

  • Move warm partners toward LOI or working agreement.
  • Run technical briefings with law firms and partners.
  • Generate client target lists from partners.
  • Run scans on nominated client websites.
  • Convert scan findings into Privacy Review / Technical Training proposals.
  • Build the first ComplianceOne-qualified opportunity list.

Days 61-90: Revenue and repeatability

  • Close the first paid Privacy Reviews / Training sessions.
  • Convert remediation opportunities into CMP / Monitoring / Alliance proposals.
  • Book ComplianceOne demos for qualified enterprise accounts.
  • Issue first ComplianceOne proposals.
  • Produce a monthly pipeline report with:
    • Partner progress
    • Customer validation
    • Scan evidence
    • Paid offer traction
    • ComplianceOne traction
    • Objections
    • Next actions

The GTM plan’s Q3 success definition includes active law firm partners, signed LOIs, 100+ client scans, 15+ Privacy Reviews, 5+ Technical Training sessions, ComplianceOne demos and proposals, and a repeatable partner playbook.

What Success Looks Like

By Month 3

  • 5-8 serious partner relationships in motion.

Who You Are

You are a commercial operator who can sell, build partnerships, and create momentum in a complex market.

You likely have:

  • 7+ years in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, SaaS, GRC, risk, compliance, legal tech, cybersecurity, IT services, or consulting.
  • Strong network in Vietnam with at least one of:
    • Law firms
    • Compliance / risk consultancies
    • Banks / fintechs / telcos
    • Enterprise groups

    • Digital agencies
  • Proven ability to open doors and close deals.
  • Strong Vietnamese and English communication.
  • Comfort speaking to legal, compliance, IT, risk, marketing, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work without a big team or large budget in the first phase.
  • A strong bias toward action, follow-up, CRM discipline, and weekly reporting.

You do not need to be a lawyer. But you must respect legal accuracy, compliance discipline, and AesirX’s “no bullshit compliance” position.

This is a high-ownership, entrepreneurial role.

  • 1% equity / stock options
  • Earned through the first 6-month sweat-equity period
