AesirX.io builds privacy-preserving, first-party consent and analytics technology. Our stack today:
- AesirX CMP - consent-before-tracking that actually complies with GDPR, ePrivacy, PDPD/PDPL and regional privacy laws.
- AesirX Analytics & First-Party Server - privacy-safe analytics and data infrastructure that let organizations run marketing and personalization without handing user data to surveillance capitalism or adding unnecessary third-party processors.
We are now building a Vietnam-optimized GRC & privacy suite that will give enterprises a complete toolkit for:
- PDPD / PDPL compliance and Vietnam’s Data Law
- Cookie & tracking governance
- DSAR / DSR workflows and audit-ready evidence
- Data mapping & RoPA-style registers
- Vendor & cross-border governance
We are already working with partners in Vietnam on this suite and expect the first market-ready version around March 2026.
To lead this rollout, we’re hiring our Country Manager for Vietnam.
The Role: Country Manager - Vietnam
You will own the commercial deployment of AesirX in Vietnam - starting with our privacy stack (CMP + Analytics + First-Party data infrastructure) and then leading the launch and adoption of the new GRC suite.
This is a builder role for someone who wants to be the person remembered as
“The one who made privacy & GRC compliance actually work for Vietnamese enterprises.”
You will work directly with the Founder/CEO and our product team, and be responsible for:
- Building and closing a pipeline of VN customers (enterprise & upper mid-market)
- Developing a partner ecosystem in Vietnam (agencies, legal/compliance firms, system integrators, hosting providers, associations)
- Turning AesirX into a recognized brand for PDPD/PDPL-ready privacy & GRC in Vietnam
What You’ll Do
1. Build and own the Vietnam GTM plan
- Localize AesirX’s value proposition for Vietnamese enterprises (C-level, marketing, IT, legal & compliance).
- Define quarterly goals for:
- New customers (licenses / implementations)
- New partners signed and activated
- Revenue from Vietnam
- Shape the launch of the Vietnam GRC suite (positioning, pricing, packaging, pilot customers).
2. Direct sales to key accounts
- Identify and prioritize target segments (e.g. finance, e-commerce, media, education, healthcare, public sector, large B2C brands).
- Run the full sales cycle:
- Outreach / intro
- Discovery & requirement mapping
- Product demos with AesirX team
- Commercial proposals, negotiation and closing
- Turn early adopters into case studies and reference accounts.
3. Build the partner channel in Vietnam
- Map and approach:
- Digital & web agencies
- Legal / compliance / privacy consultancies
- System integrators & managed service providers
- Hosting & cloud providers, local platforms
- Co-create partner offers (e.g. “PDPL compliance starter”, “Privacy review + CMP + Analytics deployment”).
- Run joint webinars, events and workshops with partners.
- Track partner performance and help them package, price and resell AesirX.
4. Lead the March launch of the VN GRC Suite
- Work with the AesirX product team to:
- Prioritize features that Vietnamese enterprises and DPOs actually need.
- Validate workflows with pilot customers and partners.
- Prepare and execute the GTM play:
- Shortlist pilot customers & partners.
- Organize launch events / webinars / trainings.
- Gather feedback and feed it straight back into the product roadmap.
5. Be AesirX’s voice in Vietnam
- Represent AesirX at local events, roundtables and industry groups.
- Help create and localize thought-leadership content around PDPD/PDPL, Data Law, cookies & tracking, and practical compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and (where relevant) regulators/industry associations.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
By mid-March 2026
- Clear GTM plan for Vietnam agreed and in motion.
- First pilot customers and partners identified and in active dialogue.
By end of Month 6
- Several VN enterprises live with AesirX CMP/Analytics and/or GRC components.
- 5 - 10 active partners (agencies/consultancies/SIs/hosts) with real opportunities or implementations in progress.
- Recognized presence in at least one key vertical (e.g. finance or e-commerce).
By end of Year 1
- Vietnam contributing a meaningful share of new licenses and project revenue.
- Established, predictable sales & partner pipeline with clear KPIs.
- AesirX recognized among VN enterprises as a serious option for PDPD/PDPL compliance and privacy-first data infrastructure.
Who You Are
You don’t have to tick every box, but most of these should sound like you:
Experience & Background
- 7+ years in B2B sales / business development / partnerships in Vietnam.
- Experience selling software, digital solutions, cyber/IT services or compliance/consulting to enterprise and mid-market.
- Strong existing network with at least one of:
- Digital / web / e-commerce agencies
- Legal / compliance / consulting firms
- IT/SI/managed service providers
- Enterprise decision makers (C-suite, IT, marketing, compliance)
- Experience building a partner channel (resellers, agencies, distributors) is a big plus.
Skills & Mindset
- You are a builder, not just a manager:
- Comfortable doing outreach, running meetings, and closing deals yourself in the beginning.
- Happy to iterate on pitch decks, offers and playbooks until they convert.
- Commercial and analytical:
- Can talk revenue, margins, quotas and pipeline health.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and reporting weekly progress.
- Curious about privacy, PDPD/PDPL and data law:
- You don’t need to be a lawyer, but you’re eager to understand why cookie banners, tracking and cross-border data transfers matter.
- Strong communicator:
- Fluent Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
- Able to explain technical topics in simple business language.
Personal Fit
- You like working closely with product & technical founders.
- You’re comfortable with early-stage uncertainty and “figuring it out on the fly”.
- You’re motivated by ownership - you want to look back in 3 - 5 years and say:
“I was the one who built AesirX in Vietnam.”
Compensation & Structure
This is a high-ownership, entrepreneurial role.
- Commission-based:
- Competitive commission structure on licenses, subscriptions and services from Vietnam (to be agreed together).
- Sweat Equity:
- 1% equity in AesirX.io Ltd (stock options with vesting), reflecting the Country Manager’s long-term ownership and contribution.
- Future base salary:
- We expect to introduce a base salary component once revenue from Vietnam reaches agreed milestones (or after a future funding round), while commissions and vesting continue.
If you need a high fixed salary from day one, this role is probably not the right fit.
