About AesirX

AesirX builds privacy-preserving, first-party consent and analytics technology:

AesirX CMP:

  • For consent-before-tracking that actually complies with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, PDPD and regional privacy laws.
  • AesirX CMP is for WordPress + Standalone JS, covering ~99% of websites, e-commerce solutions, apps and dapps.

Expanding Suite:

  • A growing suite of Analytics, First-Party Server, and ID Verification tools that let businesses do marketing and personalization without handing their users to surveillance capitalism or adding unnecessary third-party data controllers/processors.

We are privacy engineers, open source veterans and believers in a web where compliance, ethics and performance are aligned - not in conflict.

Most of the team is based in SEA but market matureness and focus is highest in EU + US - which makes a EU based location ideal to bridge the gap between regions.

We previously closed a pre-seed round and are currently talking to multiple investors for our seed round. The ownership circle includes most team members.

We have products/services, early traction and a clear roadmap. What we don’t have is enough of the founder’s time to be CEO + CTO + Partner Director + Head of Product.

That’s where you come in.

The Role: Director of Growth & Partnerships

We’re looking for a Director of Growth & Partnerships to own and scale our partner-driven go-to-market motion.

This is not a “nice title, wait for marketing budget” role. It’s a builder role for someone who has:

  • A documented track record of growing B2B SaaS or MarTech through partners, and
  • Enough conviction in privacy and first-party architectures to take an equity-first bet.

You will be:

  • The owner of our partner channel (agencies, hosting companies, integrators, privacy/legal consultancies).
  • A key driver of revenue growth via partners and repeatable motions, not one-off heroics.
  • A member of the management team, working directly with the CEO and product/engineering leadership.

Our ICP (Who you will build around)

Your playground is big - but we are not “for everyone”. Our core ICPs through partners:

  1. Web & Marketing Agencies (global, with a strong base in EU & US)
    • WordPress / WooCommerce / open-source agencies.
    • Performance and growth agencies who need privacy-safe tracking and consent to keep clients out of regulatory trouble.

  2. Hosting & Infrastructure Providers
    • WordPress hosts, managed service providers, cloud/stack providers.
    • Platforms that want embedded, compliant CMP + analytics for their customer base.

  3. Compliance, Legal & Privacy Consultancies / DPO Office
    • Firms advising on GDPR, ePrivacy, PDPD/PDPL and similar regimes.
    • DPOs and auditors who need a technical solution to back up their advice.

  4. Enterprise & Public Sector Implementers (via the above)
    • Larger organizations in regulated sectors (finance, public sector, education, healthcare, etc.)
    • Typically reached through agencies, hosts and legal/privacy partners - not by us selling direct first.

Your mission is to find, sign, activate and grow these partners into a serious, predictable revenue engine.

What You’ll Do (0-18 Months)

Design & Own the Partner Engine

  • Define and refine the AesirX Partner Program:
    • Partner tiers, discounts, revenue share, onboarding flows, certification.
    • Co-marketing opportunities and launch playbooks
  • Turn “we have an amazing privacy tech stack” into simple, repeatable partner offers.

Build the Partner Pipeline

  • Identify and reach out to:
    • Top WordPress / Woo / open-source agencies in key markets.
    • Hosting companies and cloud providers likely to care about compliance and differentiation.
    • Privacy/legal consultancies who are tired of telling clients “you’re non-compliant” without being able to fix it.
  • Run discovery, demos and commercial discussions - from first contact to signed partner.

Activate and Scale Partners

  • Take partners from “signed” to first 3-5 live implementations quickly.
  • Help them package and price AesirX with their own services.
  • Build playbooks, scripts, decks and one-pagers so partners can sell without you on every call.
  • Track and improve partner activation, time-to-first-deal and license volume per partner.

Drive Growth Across Channels

  • Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and (future) marketing leadership to:
    • Align campaigns, webinars, content and case studies with partner needs.
    • Feed partner success stories back into the brand and demand gen.
  • Use data (funnels, cohorts, partner performance) to make clear, actionable decisions.

Be Part of the Management Team

  • Bring a growth & market reality voice to product/roadmap discussions.
  • Help prioritize features that unlock partner sales and retention.
  • Be a sparring partner on strategy: markets, pricing, positioning.
  • You’re comfortable with transparent weekly reporting on pipeline, partner activity and key growth metrics.

What Success Looks Like

By the end of Month 6:

  • You’ve mapped the core partner ICPs in at least one priority region (e.g. EU + one focus country like DK or DE, plus VN/SEA as appropriate).
  • You’ve run dozens of qualified partner conversations and signed an initial cohort of agencies/hosts/consultancies.
  • We have 3-5 “hero” partners on the path to 10+ client sites each.
  • There is a clear, documented partner program: pitch deck, offer, onboarding steps, partner FAQ.

By the end of Year 1:

  • Partner channel is delivering a meaningful portion of new paid domains and MRR.
  • We have dozens of active partners, with a visible pipeline and forecast.
  • We can describe the growth engine in one sentence like:

    “We sign X new partners per month; each gets to Y live domains within Z months.”

Beyond that, you’re helping turn AesirX into the default privacy-first CMP & analytics stack for serious agencies, hosts and compliance-driven organizations.

Who You Are

You don’t have to tick every box, but if most of this sounds like you, we should talk:

Experience & Track Record

  • 5-10+ years in B2B SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or related - ideally with a strong partner/channel focus.

  • Documented success building or scaling:
    • Agency partner programs, OR
    • Reseller/VAR networks, OR
    • Strategic alliances in the web/hosting or marketing ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with WordPress / WooCommerce and the broader open-source web ecosystem is a big plus.

  • Hands-on experience selling to agencies, hosting companies, or consulting firms (not just end-user enterprises).

  • You don’t need to code, but you are comfortable talking about web stacks (WordPress, JS, tags, consent banners, analytics) with agency and hosting partners.

  • Fluent written and spoken English is required; additional EU languages are a plus.

Skills & Mindset

  • You’re a builder, not just an optimizer:
    • Happy to write the first playbook, deck, email sequence and pipeline spreadsheet yourself.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and making things up (competently) where nothing exists yet.

  • You’re commercial and analytical at the same time:
    • Can talk margins, LTV, CAC and conversion rates.
    • Know how to set realistic KPIs and hit them.

  • You understand or are eager to master:
    • Consent, GDPR, ePrivacy Directive,  CCPA, PDPD/PDPL, and the shift from third-party to first-party data.
    • Why privacy-preserving architectures are the only sustainable way forward.

Values & Motivation

  • You actually care about user privacy, compliance and ethics, not just as marketing buzzwords.
  • You enjoy working with product + technical founders and translating deep tech into simple partner value.
  • You’re comfortable with equity-first upside and lower/no salary in the early phase because you believe in the long game.

Compensation & Structure

This is designed as a founder-like, high-ownership role:

  • Equity:
    • 2.5% in stock options.
    • Standard 4-year vesting with a 6-month cliff (details to be finalized in an option agreement).

  • Sweat period:
    • No salary for the first 6 months.
    • At month 5-6 we review traction and funding and may introduce a base salary going forward while vesting continues.

  • You will be a member of the management team, with a direct line to the CEO and strong influence on strategy.

If you need immediate high cash compensation, this is not the right role.
If you want meaningful ownership in a mission-driven privacy company and are ready to build the growth engine, it might be.
